Sonam Kapoor feels shy in front of dad

Like a typical daddy’s girl, Sonam Kapoor was all blushes when her father Anil Kapoor showed up on the sets while she was shooting a romantic scene for the film I Hate Luv Storys. Kapoor senior dropped by to see his daughter at work at the suburban sea-facing lounge where Sonam and co-star Sammir Dattani were ready to shoot a candlelight dinner scene, involving a proposal and a break-up.
However, Sonam was shy of shooting the romantic scene in front of her dad and reportedly asked director Punit Malhotra, with whom she has a budding friendship, to shoot the intimate scene later. Puneet obliged and shot the solo close-ups on Dattani, while Sonam gave the cues by reading her lines alongside. It was only after Anil Kapoor had left the sets, did she get ready to shoot the romantic scene.
